Hi.  I am Robert Graves.  I work with Intracoastal Realty in Wilmington, NC serving Figure Eight Island, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and Landfall.  My passion is real estate and new homes.

I love architecture and all of the design concepts (internal and external) that make real estate great.  Anyone can learn how to build a building, but it is a true art form when it is done right with proper planning and the right service providers.

I love sustainability and trying to do things the right way.  Buildings and homes can last for 50 to 100 years, if not longer, so why not do things right on the front end.  It is certainly more expensive to build green, but it pays off handsomely.
